 At Gardening TShirts, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. We want you to wear your product proudly as you show your love of gardening to others. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will work directly with the printer to find a prompt resolution. We continuously strive to improve our products and services by utilizing print-on-demand resources, aiming to provide an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. We are committed to maintaining transparency and trust, fostering lasting relationships with our valued clientele. We want you to return to our store to shop again! Ordering Information

When placing an order through our store, please be aware that the design products featured are our own original creations. We use various programs as well as hand-drawings to create detailed clothing designs as wearable art for the gardening niche. However, production, packaging, and shipping are managed by PRINTIFY. (PRINTIFY fulfills orders directly but may also utilize third-party printing agencies to keep up with demand from various print-on-demand stores.) We do not have any control over estimated shipping time from the printer directly to you.

Gardening TShirt Store is only responsible for creating unique Gardening T-Shirt designs sold in our product line of our store. The completion of your order is handled directly by the printing company so please keep this in mind if there is a delay.

Before submitting your order, carefully review your selections. Make sure to choose the correct t-shirt size, color, and design to ensure you receive exactly what you want. (Slight color variation may occur due to your monitor and phone settings.)

{Currently we sell the Gildan 64000 brand classic fit with crew neckline style t-shirt as noted on the design product!} You can research the Gildan sizing charts available on-line if you need to know how to measure for a close fit. (We suggest ordering the next size up to prevent shrinkage issues from a 100% Cotton material product for a longer lasting fit and also following the correct washing guidelines.)

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Items sent incorrectly

• Products that are damaged or defective

The Fine Print

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days.

• To request a refund, contact us at: gardeningtshirts@gmail.com Include your order number, customer details, and a brief description of the issue! We must have all the pertinent information to help resolve the situation quickly.

• Always put Attention Refund Request in the subject line of your email when contacting us for your refund assistance.

• We will coordinate with the printing company to resolve your concern and ensure your satisfaction.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be happy with your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
